Going on a Michael Hall Fishing Adventure will be entertaining, fun, and a great way to improve your fishing skills. Michael is a professional Bass Fishing champion with over 25 years experience fishing all across America. He is a licensed US Coast Guard Captain, registered with a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC), and licensed by the Potomac River Fisheries Commission (PRFC) to conduct chartered fishing guide trips on the Potomac River.

Michael is an expert on fishing Lake Anna and the Tidal Potomac. He was the 2005 champion of the FLW Outdoors Potomac STREN and finished in 9th place in the 2007 Potomac STREN. Michael finished 11th in the 2009 Potomac Stren. He has numerous 1st place finishes at Lake Anna including the 2005 and 2008 FLW TBF Virginia Region 9 Tournaments. Michael finished as a VA Region 9 Champion for 2009.

You will be fishing out of a beautiful blue and silver Ranger Comanche Z21 equipped with a 250 HP Mercury Outboard. This is a very comfortable rig and there will be ample space for your fishing tackle, food (no bananas), life preservers, clothes, etc. A 36 volt trolling motor provides maximum power and control while fishing. Lowrance GPS and sonar devices provide accurate navigation and aids to locating fish.

Michael enjoys people and will tailor your fishing adventure to meet your specific needs. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Should you be interested Michael can provide instruction in any or all of the following:

• How to catch big bass consistently

• Mechanics of using spinning and bait casting tackle
• Determining the right lure for the right fishing situation

Michael will take pictures of your lunker fish and will do his best to provide you a day of incredible memories.

Guide trips are $350 for 4 hours, $400 for 6 hours, and $450 for 8 hours for a maximum of two people, add $95 for Weekends (Sat. and Sun.) and Holidays. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit to lock in your date is required. Once you select a date, only Michael Hall can change it. He fishes rain or shine, warm or cold, barring severe life threatening weather conditions. Mike will provide the rods and the tackle you need to catch the big bass. Feel free to bring your own tackle if you want. Mike will provide your life preservers, drinks, and snacks. Each guest is responsible to bring or wear adequate clothing. Life preservers are required to be worn anytime the big motor is running and will be provided. Illegal drugs and alcohol are not permitted. Each guest is required to notify Mike Hall ahead of time of any medical or mental issues, physical disabilities, and pre-existing injuries.
